Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rerooted, we invest significant time, expertise, and resources into creating personalised nutrition and training plans. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy of consults on client cancellations

Purchases made on Rerooted—including consultation only—are full refundable if cancellation is made prior 24 hours for appointments. 

The refund will reflect post 5-7 working days to the same source bank account.

For appointments canceled within 24 hours of booking no refund is initiated however we offer the feature of rescheduling.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Rerooted—including but not limited to coaching programs, nutrition plans, training plans, consultations, and digital products—are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

Due to the customised and digital nature of our services, refunds cannot be issued after onboarding, plan creation, or service initiation.

3. Cancellation by Client

Clients may choose to discontinue a program at any time; however:

• No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused sessions, remaining duration, or early termination.
• Program access will remain valid only for the originally agreed duration unless otherwise stated.

4. Program Transfers & Pauses

• Programs are non-transferable to another individual.
• Requests for temporary pauses may be considered on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons (e.g., medical emergencies), at the sole discretion of Rerooted. Approval is not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation by Rerooted

Rerooted reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services if a client:

• Provides false or incomplete information
• Fails to follow safety guidelines
• Engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Pricing & Changes

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect services already purchased.
